May first 2004, Vices & Versa bistro celebrated the official opening of it's terrace. The "Bièrophoux" took the occasion to celebrate this opening and the one of this new bistro a few weeks ago only. We can see on those pictures that the terrace will be verry envoyable when green foliage will covers the fence.

After everyone explaned that they where late because of may first manifestations (except me because I was usig the subway, so I didn't have an excuse to be late), we started sampling beers from "La barberie" brewpub that are on tap at the bistro. Sadly, a few gray and pierced clouds made us retreat inside.

As you can see, the interior decoration is warm and interested a few "Bièrophoux".

The bar is also nice, you can see the distinctive taps from "La Barberie" with the viking helmet.

On the menu that day where seven beers, the more interesting was the Imperial Stout. Saddly there was no more Claymore. Some beers where made for a public less used to microbrewery and could be labeled as dull for a true beer lover but we have to note that none had any apparent default. We must point out also that the bistro offer a verry interesting side dish menu (cheeses, sandwichs and raw vegetables...). Personnally, I went to eat in a small peruvian restaurant in the neighbourhood that I found on my way out.
