Wooden Templates

Fuselage Bulkheads

Tailwheel/tailspring, control stick, and flap handle assembly:

Aft tailwheel bulkhead support (from Mustang Aero for modified tube tailwheel)

Fuselage Stringers and Bracket (The bracket is not part of plans, I followed what Bruno Thuot did as a support for the rear end of the lower forward stringer: see the construction pics for final fit)

Forward Fuselage Jig

Fuselage Tunnel (acts as vent for engine area and rudder pedal support floor). Note that the 97 degree angle on the tunnel lip is not on this part yet

Skin for fuselage section between stations 99 and 73. Note that I did not go per plans here. I chose to split the skin in three parts for ease of handling during construction. Below is the belly skin prior to being rolled and dimpled as well as the right side forward center and forward skins (dimpled and ready for riveting).

Seat bulkheads and seat bottom

Control stick bracket

Vertical Fin - Rear vertical spar and rear spar reinforcement (first picture), and forward spar, top and bottom ribs (second picture).

M1A Crossmember - Used on rework if building M1A Canopy. Plans for this are not included in standard building diagrams.
