Description

The test covers 50 questions, 10 in each of the five BC descriptive parameters. Item answers - the extent of agreement or disagreement with a given statement - are translated into various BCP characteristics. Describe, with your answers, either the culture pattern you abide by, as leading executive in your organization, or the pattern you would advocate, were you given the opportunity to create a new enterprise.

Profile

Matching of personal pattern with pertinent reference patterns provides an indicative and significant measure - in nature and figures - of similarities or discrepancies between your business culture and other business cultures you are or you will be faced with. Discover vulnerability of your BCP on specific components which will require special attention in present or future discussion and negotiation with a foreign partner.

Procedure

The BCP diagnosis report holds in a few pages. Major cultural gaps are pinpointed and explained; pertinent recommendations regarding learning needs are put forward - the core of intercultural training and pre-departure preparation. Profile correlations can be best visualized and understood with the BCP histogram - matching business cultures. Profile diagnosis debriefing is conducted in an trainee-trainer working session, or carried out over the Net.

Fees

BCP Test fees of 40 $Can (180 FF or 28 $US) are applicable. The profile is established by correlation with two reference patterns, usually country of origin and partner's country; other choices can also be made.
