TRUTHS & MYTHS

Myth: Alterd pets get fat & lazy

Truth: Pets get fat & lazy if fed too much without enough exercise.

Myth: My cat should have kittens, she is pure bred.

Truth: Twenty five percent of the pets surrendered to shelters each yr. are purebred.

Myth: I can find homes for my litter.

Truth: Those homes won't be available for any of the millions of kittens already born.

Myth: I want my children to experience the miracle of birth.

Truth: You are actually teaching that kittens are disposable and can be created & discarded. Instead explain that the real miracle is life and preventing unwanted births of some pets saves the lives of others.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS HUMAN LOVE, FOR IT CAN BE MORE PAINFUL THAN BEING BEATEN WITH A STICK. PEOPLE OFTEN STOP LOVING AND LEAVE.

WE NEVER DO.

Hope you have enjoyed a few things I have read over time that I have kept.

I truly enjoy my pets and always do my very best to ensure the few litters I  may have go to the best possible homes and will always be returned to me if things should change in their new home. At Bella Shastas we have litters occasionally. Most of the time the kittens have reserved new homes before they are even born. I feel this is the best and fairest way for  Norwegian Forest Cat lovers to be able to enjoy the the wonderful NFC breed and I feel they are going to homes that are truly willing to be there for them forever.

COME BACK & VISIT SOON...THANKS FROM BELLA SHASTAS NORWEGIAN FOREST CATS & FAMILY
