Dry Cider Sorbet
Serves 8 Ingredients ½ bottle dry cider 300g caster sugar juice of half a lemon 1 egg white to make an Italian meringue Method Mix the cider, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat, skim the froth and leave to cool. |
