Released v.0.2. Updated the "single browser" mode so that it works for links whose target attribute starts with "_" (i.e. "_new") excluding the valid values of "_top", "_parent", and "_self". I did this to support badly written web pages that use invalid target values like "_new" or "_Home". Technically this could break pages that use frames and have frame names beginning with "_" although I'm not too worried about that.
