strongnames and mcs
As of today mcs can now directly strongname assembly. No need to call sn anymore - unless you want to. However we'll need to revisit part of this as it seems we're not doing it the MS way. Just when I though this was completed ;-(
Anyway I now have reinstalled RH9 so I should be able to fix/implement some of the things that have bugged me for some time... including a lot of failing unit tests in the security namespaces!
