RSA Conference 2006
I'll be attending the RSA Conference 2006 next week. This is a major security event and I'm happy to be there again. Last time I had the chance to assist was in 2003, when everyone realized that wifi was insecure ;-). It already seems a decade ago...
If you're in, or near, San Jose or at the conference (and want to talk/see me) then drop me an email. I'll be wearing a Mono t-shirt on most days. Well I got 3 mono shirts so that will be, respectfully, no more than 3 days ;-)

Screenshots delirium
A few more screenshots this morning. This time to show non-rectangular clipping regions. Again I was lucky as path clipping is supported in Cairo. The hardest part is learning the API, not much useful documentation :(

The only bug I've found, using my sample application, is that complex paths (with a shape inside another shape) clipping regions don't work correctly (as seen in the next two screenshots). However it doesn't seems to be a clipping bug but a drawing bug.

so where's Clippy when you really need him ?
