Ok it's a matter of preference, but most people I believe will tend to agree with me. In Baja, you go swimming on the warm  Sea of Cortez side, and you go put your feet, with boots on, on the cold Pacific side as I am doing here,  in early December. Do not interchange this recipe. Of course, if you're in Baja doing what we did when we were there, you're a little bit of a masochist to start with. So maybe possibly, this suggestion does not apply to you...
