That's Pete resting on the left and my bike on   the right each taking a well deserved break on opposite banks after this rough crossing which  Pete had to reshape with  a rock to remove the sharp  top lip while   I scouted about a mile ahead on foot , this is just one example of our road rebuilding jobs  that day
