| 333 SHERBROOKE EST : Architecture:
Cardinal Hardy & Associates Architects Former site of St-Gonzague high school, this land remained in fallow for almost 30 years. About ten projects were elaborated during these years without any success. It's in 2003 that this concept was developed to be finally accepted by the city. Deploying itself around a central public place, the project consists in 230 units of luxurious condos with exceptional location, situated two steps from the carré St-Louis and trendy St-Denis street. Composed of two 10 story buildings on Sherbrooke street (a swimming pool is suspended several meters above the pedestrian passage situated between the two buildings) and condo-plex of 4 floors to the back, the 333 Sherbrooke skillfully marries rock, glass, metal and brick altogether. |

Cardinal Hardy et Associés Architectes Ancien site du collège Saint-Gonzague, ce terrain est resté en friche pendant près de 30 ans. Une dizaine de projets ont été élaborés au cour des années mais sans succès. C'est en 2003 que ce concept a été développé pour enfin être accepté par la ville. Se déployant autour d'une place publique centrale aménagée, le projet consiste en 230 unités de condos luxueuses à un emplacement exceptionnel, situé à deux pas du carré St-Louis et la rue St-Denis. Composé de deux bâtiments de 10 étages sur la rue Sherbrooke (une piscine est suspendue à plusieurs mètres au dessus du passage piéton situé entre les deux bâtiments) et des condo-plex de 4 étages à l'arrière, le 333 Sherbrooke marie habilement la pierre, le verre, le métal et la brique. |
