Unique Filer - This is a utility to find duplicate images in your picture collection, it stands from the crowd because it does 'fuzzy comparison' of images.  This means that it will find duplicates that aren't byte for byte idendical.

d'peg - another good duplicate image finder, as effective as Unique Filer

POWER-POST 2000 - This is used to post large series of files to NNTP newsgroups.  Simple, efficient, fairly complete, FREEWARE !

IrfanView 32 - FREEWARE image viewer, haven't tried it myself but it seems pretty good and well supported.

NewsShark - pretty good newsgroup binaries program.  It lets you set filters to auto download and automaticly combines multipart files.  DL the beta if you try it, its stable and much better than last released version.
