Art classes for Children & Teens in Westmount

Painting (10- 13 yrs old)


This is a one of a kind art course for children who wants to know more about artists and their styles of work. Children will learn about art historical facts, do drawing or painting and have a formal and personal art criticism in the class. Each month, two art movements will be investigated from the following list:

Impressionism (Renoir, Monet)
Pointillism (Seurat)
Post impressionism (Van Gogh)
Fauvism (Matisse)


Painting (14- 17 yrs old)


This is a challenging art class for teens to investigate the world of dream and imagination through drawing and painting by studying the works of Salvador Dali and Marc Chagall.
Relevant art historical references and art criticism are covered in this course.
