Summer Art Camp in Westmount (2006)


The world of Renoir, Matisse and Van Gogh

4 July- 20 July
8- 11 yrs old
Tues. Wed. The. 10:00 am to 12:00 am
8 sessions + 1 session exhibition


Children will explore and study the works of these great artists. Then, they will complete and paint three canvases. Children will produce works that are influenced by the subject matters, styles, colors and brush strokes of the paintings that Renoir, Matisse and Van Gogh have created.

The road to Imagination (The world of Magritte and Picasso)

12- 16 yrs old
Tues. Wed. Thu. 1:00 to 3:00 pm
8 sessions+ 1 session exhibition


In this exciting class, teens will learn about the world of surrealism and cubism. They will explore the ideology behind the works of these two great artists. The participants will complete 2-3 paintings on canvas boards in the styles of cubism and surrealism
