Villeneuve CART offer put on paper

Days after it was
revealed that the offer for Jacques Villeneuve to drive in CART had
been made only verbally, Gerry Forsythe, the team boss who is trying
to secure the services of the Canadian, has said a written proposal
has been put to Villeneuve's manager Craig Pollock for
consideration.
