Our die casting machines are pneumatically and hydraulically activated which are PC controlled multiple slide type, therefore offering the following capacities: a few grams up to 14 ounces in weight, and up to 4 inches in overall diameter of finished casting.

The fully equipped ultra-modern tool room has the capability of making top quality molds to customers' most demanding specifications. The Quality Control Department operates in an environment adhering to various levels of military, automotive, AQL and SPC standards with ISO certification scheduled for completion in the near future.

Other services include product design, assembly of die cast components to sub-assemblies, tapping, drilling, machining etc. In addition, no minimum run sizes are required, and lead times are short.
