Annex A
Proposed Bill of Law
Our goal is to modify the Quebec legislation regarding adoption. In order to do so, we proposed in October 7th 1996 a Bill of Law to the members of Quebec's National Assembly which describes the legislative solution that we would like the government to adopt. Our solution is a mixture of laws that are in effect in the province of British Colombia, the state of Hawaii and the state of Vermont.
