Concernant la destruction de dossiers médicaux:  Lettre de l'hôpital Sainte-Justine datée du 14 octobre 1992, dont voici un extrait:

Amendment proposal and comments, serie no. 3 , the first proposes a syntaxic change in one of the articles and the second extends the research mandate of the director.

Amendment proposal and comments, serie no. 4, this proposition will clarify the rights of people that have been the object of a adoption consent but never have been adopted.
