Presentation Page of the Memoir

    Since 1984, we have made research and analysis the informations gather in order to write texts which would vulgarize the phenomenon of adoption and in order to permit the elaboration of solutions for all the persons involved.  We have made several versions of our memoir which was presented to the government from 1997 to January 15th 2007.  We present you the last version revised, corrected and increased of our memoir dated November 2008 .  If such is the case, we shall add in the presentation of the memoir new texts for your information.
