What's

I have found a job at Microids (game company in Canada) and started working there in august (2000). I have also started another game which I work on at a very slow rate (got not that much free time to do so).
I am currently looking for a job. For references browsing this web page is an option but I also created a resume in the form of a small application that go into more details: resume.exe. There is also a more formal Word doc format available: resume.doc.
Just released my First OpenGL game: 3d Shooter.
Ported OpenGgui to Glut/OpenGL.
Released a Serial program for windows/dos to chat & tranfer files.
Created a neet Installer Generator (in the apps section).

September 17 1999. On the KungFu Fest download page you now got links to download the files from either Geocities or Tripod. This way hopfully downloading should work with a higher rate!
OPEN GUI is done! CHECK IT OUT HERE. If you are a programmer looking for a great Gui (menus/dialogs) this one is surely for you.
I am currently working on a Dialog/Menu lib. It's name is OPEN GUI. All in C++ it will have a nice Win95 look, be able to play more then 1 dialog at once with different inputs for each and also it's library independant. Well you have to derrive a pure virtual class to define each of the very basic calls of the lib (line(),text(),kbhit()...). Once you have replaced the stubs you are set to go. I think it will be great since I see myself using it for sure!
September 3 1999. Some friendly guy told me that I have broken links. Looks like Geocities doesn't permit downloading Zip files for some stupid reason. It brings you to a irrelevant page. Perhaps there is a new html code to tell the browser to download... Anyway I uploaded the 2 faulty files at Tripod so now the links works. Problem is that alot of other files were at Geos too and those are still broken and will probably remain that way until the problem resolves by itself!

3d Shooter v1.02	OpenGL game for Windows9x. Might work properly in WindowsNT (sound was choppy for me and my no-name sound card!). Mod4dos	Very simple Dos mod player (plays xm, s3m, mod and mtm) with graphic interface and mouse support. You can call the player with a file: mod4dos mymod.mod This enable you to use this program as your default viewer in Win95. Download size: 235KB / Unzipped size: 260KB	mod4dos.zip
Dos File Installer Generator 1.4	This application is used to create a Dos File Installer with a GUI. It is basicly a self extractor for DOS. It has nice features such as showing a readme file and letting you run a batchfile after extraction is completed if your install needs furthermore operation. You need DJGPP with Allegro and Sebsoft's OpenGUI lib. By the way the install of the package was made using this. You need to download cwsdpmi.exe if the install is to be ran from real Dos. Dos File Serial Chat	This application is used to quickly connect two computers in windows/dos via a serial link and transfer files or chat (usefull to tell what you are gonna send to your buddy). Who is Sebsoft?

My name is Sebastien Bernier Dodier and I am learning computer engeneering. I liked to play games since my young age and now I have started to make some of my own with the Allegro library for the DJGPP C++ compiler. I also know a little Visual Basic. I learned a bit Java and made the game Pain (see Sebsoft's Games) that you can play over the internet and from your browser. Click here for a brief historic

Programming

DJGPP is a free DOS 32bit protected mode C++ compiler
Seal is a great audio lib for all compilers that can play modules and waves at up to 16bit/44khz
Sealseb is 2 simple class that I made to use the Seal audio lib very easilly and also to do looping of waves (76 KB zip)
Allegro is an excellent game lib for DJGPP (note that Seal's sound is better)
Orgy of Blood 32 source (old & rusty code giveaway).
