Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1922, I have been into photography for more than 60 years...
At different periods in my life, I have been mainly interested in different aspects of photography: landscape, architecture, portrait, artistic nude, sport , etc, etc...
For a few years, I have teached traditional darkroom technique at Collège Marsan.
Nowadays, I have changed to digital photography. Working my photos in Photoshop is a new passion for me.
Since about fifteen years, with
my wife Lise, I mainly favor nature photography, which I enjoy very much.
Among birds, I particularly like swallows and martins, which I had the
chance to know better thanks to two people:
ATTIRER LES OISEAUX, LES LOGER, LES NOURRIR,
BRICOLER POUR LES OISEAUX,
René Lepage, the
first one to host me on his web site, while I was, with his help, taking
my first steps on a computer at the "young" age of 75.
He is the proud owner of Hironbec,
a bird supplies company that now expands its wings across the border, to
the United States.
