1. Is the situation reproductible? If so, how?

2. What version of Windows are you running? For example, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, etc.

3. What version of our product are you running? Please include the entire "version" line from EXTRA PLAYER OPTIONS console box in your report.

4. If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.

5. What sound card are you using?

Adding this info to your e-mail will help us answer more precisely and more rapidly. This product is distributed as "FREE" software. There are no nag-screens, no features crippled, no time-limitations. You download and use the full version of our product. Because this is an experimental project for us, we shall do our best to answer as fast as possible.
