Cancellations
If bookings are cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event, the amount paid will de refunded in full minus $15 (CAD) / $10 (US) administration per person costs. Less than 14 days before the event, a $25 (CAD) / $20 (US) charge will be levied.

We cannot be responsible for any bookings lost in the post so if sending cash, send it registered. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicles and/or property while at or travelling to and from the event.
