The core equipment consists of a 40 cm round electric
cooking plate. Each
of these units requires 3300 watts at 220 volts, of power. These
units are installed on a protected counter top and in full view for
the customer to observe the cooking process.
In addition to the above there is also the usual equipment used by
restaurants, such as refrigerators and preparation surfaces.
Staffing for each of the events will be determined on demand.
