The Brittany Crepes are made with wheat flour or sarrasin and can be topped  with a combination of salty or sweet selections depending on the customers desired tastes. For a complete list of these selections please see the “Menu” section of the web page.

Historically the crepe was the traditional way for most Bretton’s to eat grains. These crepes are similar to the Russian “blinis” or the South American “taco”.

It is a very healthy and complete food comprised of grains, milk and eggs that are good for kids and adults alike. 

The crepe with the toppings is a complete meal or simply a delicious snack at any time of the day or night
