The ADFRA Inc. was
a non-profit-making organisation
incorporated
under the Law of companies of the
Government
of Quebec (L.R.Q., chap. c-38, part III)
for
the purpose of gathering the descendants of the three stocks
families; those of Gabriel Rouleau, Louis Rouleau
and brothers
Pierre and Jean-Baptiste Rouleau

ADMINISTRATION
The Association was headed
by a Board of Directors
made up of eleven
members duly elected at the time
the Annual
General Meeting. After this meeting, various festivities and
a banquet are offered to all the members of the Association
as well as to their family.
Unfortunately, the Association had to put an end to hit's activity
and asked the permission of the Ministry of Corporates Affairs
of Quebec to proceed with the dissolution of the Association.
