developments of technologies, design and installation of
a network of stations for telemetry monitoring, including
the manufacture of high-precision, affordable, measuring
instruments adapted to the special needs of research in
remote northern areas, programming, data acquisition and
compilation, field investigations, organization and
process of large climate data sets - numerical analysis
and simulation.

comprises up to seventy observation sites distributed in
the Hudson, Ungava, and James Bay regions, on the Lower
Saint-Lawrence River North Shore, on Bylot Island (Canadian
Arctic), as well as in the vicinity of Quebec City.
