A - I look around to see whether his parents are there and as there is nobody I take him in my arms, comforts him, brings him inside, and disinfects its wounds with an antiseptic ointment.
B - I ask him whether he has any injury elsewhere than to the hands and the elbows and I leave to research his parents by taking him in my arms.
C - I look around to see whether his parents are there and as there is nobody, I shout to my neighbour to come to help me, I comfort the child and reassures him then I ask my neighbour to dial the 911 while I wash his wounds with fresh water.
D - I dial the 911 because I do not have the right to help a child without the permission of his parents.
