Idiot Proof Garden

Welcome to my idiot proof garden. I call it that because it is the not-so-bad result of years of absolute minimum care and attention. I love gardening but have very little time to dedicate to it. I started gardening when I bought my house in 1992 in a suburb of Montreal in Quebec, Canada. I knew nothing of outdoor plants. I saw nice pictures of gardens and proceeded to plant many things that fell short of my expectations. I made every mistake you can imagine. As time went by, I have eliminated the plants that were too demanding. OK, OK, they eliminated themselves...
