The veranda in front of the house offers shade and color from the various flowering trees and shrubs. It is wonderful to sit on a chair, reading a good book to the sound of the birds and being chatted up by neighbors from time to time.

I used to have many flower boxes and hanging baskets but the watering got to be to much for my lazy self.
