- 500cc rotax liquid twin, new steering column and rack.

The hydraulic brakes, steering column are from a 1998 Jeep TJ
I am just installing the engine and steering column now....02-09-02.

I Presently working on the brakes, it's almost done.
I didn't like how the mechanical emergency brake was too noisy sliding back and forth with the brake pedal so I installed a ball valve into the brake line.
If you want to activate the emergency brake, you press the brakes in and turn the ball valve. This hold brake pressure.
Tomorrow I'll build and install the slave cylinder. The slave will actuate the brake lever on the original caliper.
The brake .master cylinder is from a GMC truck. The slave cylinder from 1992 Nissan 240SX.
Took out the jet today for it's first breath of life!
Started first pull and is much quieter than I had originally anticipated. So far so good !
Lots of power and the brakes seem to work well.
The Terra-Jet runs amazing.
The seat is better than I thought!
Brake and aluminum floor panel finished,
The Electric start works well.
New Tires installed...

I'm almost finished,just have to finish the rear part of the body and paint
it.

Still need to install roll bar, the panel that covers the engine behind the
driver's seat and a few other little surprises...still have to wire the
winch, a Warn A2000
I am willing to sell my Terra Jet.
You know all of the info....I am asking $7,000. I will deliver anywhere in
Ontario......for free.
