stating for Madeleine Dufresne his daughter also present of her willingness on
one hand and, the Sir Francois Mailly born of Layrac county of Condon,
son of Francois Mailly and Dominique Toussainct his fathers and mother
inn keeper in Lairac parish of Saint Martin for him and in his name on the other hand.
The people on the advise of the council (letter of agreement) from Dufresne
of Guillaume Dufresne, Etienne Dufresne widow of sir Jean Etourneau uncle and aunt
