Hand Brake

1-    Remove caliper.
2-    Remove caliper bracket. There is lock tight from assembly plan and this is torque to 166 lbs. You will need a breaker bar to remove these two bolts.
3-    If you are lucky the rotor will come out easily. If the hand brake was adjust too tight, it will retain the rotor from coming out. You might have to struggle with the rotor to get it out. You may even ending cracking or damaging the hand brake shoes if it comes sideways when you pull the rotor. Once I had to use a piece of wood and a hammer to get the rotor out.
4-    Once the rotor is removed, you will see the hand brake shoes. You just have to remove the clip (retaining spring) as in picture below.
5-    Replace the hand brake shoes and install the clip. Installing the clip can be a PITA. I used two screw drivers and managed to get it.

I developed my own technique to adjust the hand brake.

1-    Install the rotor
2-    Install a wheel nut to hold the rotor in place
3-    Turn the rotor. If the rotor turns freely, remove the rotor and turn the adjustment star screw to make the shoe bigger.
4-    Install the rotor and wheel nut.
5-    Turn the rotor.

Perform the above steps until the rotor is difficult to turn or you see a small resistance. That means that the hand brake is taking on. Then remove the rotor again, unscrew the star screw to make the hand brake shoe a bit smaller. Then you know the shoe is closed to taking on but you back off a bit so it does not make contact.

Reinstall the rotor and test.
