In addition to providing consulting services to improve operation efficiencies in any small or medium size business, the Caverly Consulting Group's divisions focus on North American outpatient / community pharmacies.

Wayne is recognized as an expert in the fields of dispensary automation, pharmacy design and pharmacy re-engineering and through the Caverly Consulting Group's divisions: Efficient Pharmacy Solutions, Solutions by Design and The Efficient Pharmacy Institute, Wayne continues to serve pharmacy, helping his clients choose the right technologies, the right design, and the right implementation plan to ensure their investments always bring optimal efficiency and productivity.

Prior to forming the Caverly Consulting Group and its divisions Mr. Caverly held numerous senior management roles with a Fortune-16 corporation.

Wayne is an active member of The Retail Design Institute and a supporting member of several pharmacy associations including the Canadian Pharmacists' Association, American Pharmaceutical Association and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Wayne is also an internationally recognized speaker and  writer on topics of interest to pharmacists.
