to find the information they want.

innovative instructional-design concepts.

Consisting chiefly of examples, these make it quick and easy for writers to

• As newsletter editor, increased its size from
four pages to 12–16. Recruited volunteers to
do layout and add graphics. The newsletter was eagerly awaited by the agency’s
